MORE ABOUT THE VIOLIN CAMP
Klaudia’s Music Studio has been providing Violin Introductory Music Camp for young children since 2006. Students explore which instrument they like, try to play it, get familiar with classical music as well as rock trends through informative instruction and interesting activities. Program is specifically designed for children without musical experience, but also for those who already play an instrument and would like to try a new one. This informative educational program is beneficial for all children, with or without musical background.
Daily program includes notes reading, musical games, discovery of history of music, and the most important component – playing VIOLIN and all the other instruments. All efforts are directed to the goal of performing on stage at the mini-concert on Thursday or Friday. Students with previous musical experience can pick a new instrument for a week and keep it for the whole week. All campers from previous years are welcome back! Our spacious beautiful air-conditioned location with natural day light offers a great environment for learning.
Typical morning at the camp: learn – apply – repeat. Time management: 9:30 – 9:45 arrival and tuning and setting up instruments, 9:45 – 10:00 posture perfect know how, 10:00 – 10:15 playing violin – song of the day, 10:15 – 10:30 rhythm train, 10:30 – 10:45 classical music listening and analysis, 10:45 – 11:00 music notation foundations, 11:00 – 11:15 snack break, 11:15 – 11:30 playing violin – song of the day, 11:30 – 12:00 new instrument, 12:00 – 12:20 story time with musical background, 12:20 – 12:30 questions and answers, children pick up.

Our son knew how to play three songs on the violin by the end of the week! He decided to sign up for lessons right after the camp. We would recommend this camp to anyone with interest in music.
I was so impressed with Klaudia’s music camp! The exposure to numerous instruments was invaluable to my 5-year old and 7-year old, and the concert at week’s end made them feel so proud and accomplished. Meeting professional musicians each day was inspiring as well. Klaudia truly went above and beyond in planning & orchestrating this experience for the children. I would highly recommend it to anyone with an interest in music!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for introducing music to our two daughters this summer. You and the team did a fantastic job with the program. They were looking forward to it every day. Having the violins for a week for a special treat and we sincerely appreciate all you did for them.
This camp was like nothing else we have experienced before. The face of my son just light up every morning when I mentioned the music camp! I am very grateful for the opportunity. You put a lot of thought into the program and we truly appreciate it. He liked all the instruments, especially the violin.
Klaudia’s camp was busy and amazing! Close to twenty cuties gathered up for the final concert on Friday. Our family was beyond excited for them. I wish I had done something like this as a child, but it was not around back then… I would sit in and listen to everything they say, every note they play. Fascinating!
