Welcome to in-person, online and hybrid learning!
Klaudia’s Music Studio adjusted to the newest protocols and spaced out organization of all in-person lessons, making sure safety is priority for all. We take sanitation breaks between each private music class.
We now offer in-person lessons on all instruments and resume Pre-School Group Music Class, as well as Orchestra and continue offering online lessons as an alternative to in-person lesson in event of sickness or preference, which is convenient for customers and keeps weekly lessons intact.
Online and Hybrid Model: Studio offers year-round online theory lessons and instrumental weekly online-only virtual lessons, too. Students participate in recitals, year-end concerts and master workshops.
If you happen to be the one switching to face-to-face lessons, we ask you to follow our guidelines and appreciate your efforts in making sure things run smoothly. The Studio implemented these rules for reopening:
Thank you for reading!
We rent instruments by appointment. We tune instruments by appointment.
At Klaudia’s Music Studio we provide piano accompaniment for strings for the exams and festivals. We normally teach in private setting as one-on-one lesson, or occasional group setting. Group lessons vary from year to year, ask about our piano, violin or theory group class if you are interested.
Playing a musical instrument has been proven to be good for brain development, lengthen the attention span, help become a better listener, and also develop stronger coordination and focus skills. Together we can rekindle music in our students’ hearts and pass it on to the next generation.
We will be happy to accept students as young as 3.5 years old, preferably 5 and up, as well as older students, advanced or adult students for private music lessons.
In instrumental lessons, we combine melody and musicality. It is essential that quality tutoring begins with proper posture. This aspect is so crucial, for playing on any instrument regardless of the method employed. Great results are directly linked to a proper line-up/instrument holding/positioning. If we do not emphasize this technical aspect of learning enough, it often leads to deeper problems later, resulting in a stagnation of musical development. Correction in posture is not always successful when caught late in the teaching cycle. And then there is a countless range of dynamics, expressions, moods, periods, styles, techniques, and so on. Musicality is the most important aspect of learning music, as there is much more to it than just playing the notes. Music cannot be imposed, cannot be forced on to – it needs to come from one’s heart. All too often we see “automated playing” which we at Klaudia’s Music Studio try to cultivate with variety of expressions in range of dynamics, speed and intensity.
In theory lessons, we complete student’s musical education. Reading music is an essential part of the study right from the beginning, even to very young. Once the concept is grasped it gives students confidence to be independent in playing and elevates the learning curve. Theory lessons comprise of many elements described in detail on Theory Lessons Page.
If music is something you consider a priority, the tutoring will consist of all the aspects of the Royal Conservatory of Music Syllabus and its respective examinations. We prepare students for practical examination from Preparatory Level to Level 10 and beyond, along with theory at level 5 and on.
If you want to explore the music for fun, starting as a child, or picking it up later in life: we have just the right tools for you. The goal is to accomplish and sustain progress at all times. This is accomplished with proper aimed and enriched tutoring, including all aspects of music: ear training, rhythm, note reading, improvisation, proper holding, or positioning while playing the instrument and all-over musicality.

“My daughter took piano lessons with the same teacher for many many years, since she was about 7. When it came to the time to leave for university, she was in tears! So sad to leave! She will miss her teacher dearly and promised to keep in touch. This place cares about its students, cares about their struggles, worries, moods, concerns, successful moments, concerts, exams and everything in between. Thank you for being a part of our family. It means so much to us. Thank you!”
“My children enjoy coming to their piano lessons every week. It is not a hurtle, not a struggle, this is what they want. What more can a parent ask for?”
“Recitals are small and adorable. We like it that way. We can enjoy our son’s performance without that pressure from a huge audience. Instead, we are in a spacious acoustically sound hall, our son is playing on a grand piano in a small concert and we take that precious moment in. Each recital after recital this studio makes us feel love for music.”
“Such passion at this place.”
“Orchestra is such a huge part of why I joined the music lessons. What an opportunity! As an adult cello learner I was anxious even to join music lessons altogether, not to mention orchestra. I soon learned that this is simply the best thing for me right now. I play masterpieces and I have to admit, not perfectly, but with such passion! If you are thinking of joining, do not hesitate for another moment!”
“Another music school told me that taking cello lessons at my age (I am retired) was quote “fruitless”. Wow. What an ignorance. So I joined Klaudia’s Music Studio. Klaudia explained the potential we all have for taking in new knowledge at pretty much any age. She would not even limit it to 99! And now I am so glad I listened. It is rewarding. Small steps toward achieving a small goal. Encouragement I get from my cello teacher every week is just so kind and gentle. I never thought I could do it and here I am, going on 9th year of lessons!”

Classical music at your event adds certain positive energy, elegance and class. It sets the mood and changes the tone of the entire atmosphere.
We see more and more clients looking for quiet ambiance music. Our favourite is a string quartet instrumentation. It contains two violins, viola and cello. We like it for its rich and full sound, with depth of low cello notes, to mellow viola sound, to beautiful melodious violins. However, we offer other instrumentations, too.
