~ New format includes beginners AND intermediate level violinists of ages 5+ and offers TWO modes of participation, in-person or Zoom (not interchangeable)
~ Focus of this camp has always been, since 2006, on proper 🎻 set up from the start and posture adjustments in later stages to achieve better performance, quality of sound and enjoyment or playing 🎻 without pain! Quick pace, engaging, informative camp, this time for the first time open to online participants from remote locations
~ Option one: Fee is $200/per week/per student with violin rental included. In-person location is Glen Abbey United Church at 1469 Notthinghill Gate, Oakville, ON running Monday to Friday within hours 10:00am to 1:00pm.
~ Option two: Zoom online live participation. Fee is a $100/per week/per student. Violin rental not included, available for extra $20 if a student is local. It will run in three 40 minute segments per day Monday to Friday within the hours 10:00am and 1:00pm Eastern Time.
ADDED BONUS?
🌻 As an added bonus, this camp includes access to digital video recordings as a reference tool available to all participants for the duration of the camp week and one additional week after.
WANT MORE HELP?
🖐 Besides the violin 🎻 camp private lessons can be booked during the week of camp, outside of camp hours and will be running after 4:00pm or before 10:00am on weekdays. We will enthusiastically support any young violinist in succeeding in getting the violin set up under wraps in a week! In-person and Zoom private lessons are the same price of $30/30 minutes with no additional registration fee.
